  4. I’m really thankful that i was able to get my refund from cleverbuy. But sad to say, i think most of the buyers are not yet getting their money back. This is really alarming especially now, people tend to purchase online since it’s more practical and hassle-free. I really hope that certain authorized regulatory/government agencies will implement a strict regulation for those online merchants. We have learned from this experience, so next time you purchase online, don’t be too gullible for those too good to be true online promos, beware, be aware, be vigilant and skeptical as always.Goodluck to all of us.

      • Reading all those negative feedbacks about cleverbuy and j2 promo, we immediately went to J2 office at VM Condo Bldg. Initially, they endorsed us to cleverbuy and told us it would take 3-4 weeks, but we could not wait that long since i’ve paid them in cash (P13,800) and im not sure if they could booked our trip on our preferred dates and since they are the one who initiated for the refund. Eventually, i was able to get my money back from a cleverbuy representative whom we waited at J2 office.

I also bought voucher from J2 Discount Travel and Tours trip to boracay and nagpabook ako sakanila ng month of july and until now hindi pa rin nila ako tinatawagan..I am worried kasi bf ng ate ko ang nagbayad sa voucher worth 19,700 and ngayon gusto ko na sya irefund,so sino ba ang dapat ko habulin sa binayad ko?ang cleverbuy ba or ang J2 Travel and Tours. Sa totoo lang, wala, kayo na nga ang tinutulugan tapos ganito pa ang ibalik nu saken. patunayan nu na lang mga sinasabi nu. alam kong galit kayo pero baket nu sa akin tinatapon ang galit nu? information dissemination lang ang pakay ko dito. isa din akong customer ng mga group buying sites na eto at ang naging problema ko naman ay sa ensemble e-travel kaya alam ko ung nararamdaman nu kasi naranasan ko na?

        pero kahit sinabi ko na yan, maniniwala ba kayo?

    • Yes, J2 is now closed as of the moment. Cleverbuy will be the one handling all complaints for J2. To expedite your refund, drop by their office.

    • Hi Miell, bigyan ko po kayo tip, ako kasi hindi ako nag wait ng 3 to 4 weeks, ang ginawa ko pumunta so office nila,then talk to the staff and manager, don’t allow them na mag wait ng ganaun katagal, In the first place it’s ur money, good naman ang nangyari, sabi nila try daw nila ibigay check next week pero I was surprised na the next day tinawagan na nila to pick up my check, so aun Good luck po , hope parehas tau ng ma experienced sa pag refund

      • i just tried to encash the check dated today in chinabank, unfortunately CLOSE NA ANG ACCOUNT NG CLEVERBUY!!! i was advise to deposit the check to other bank and get a documentation that it was close so i can use it in filing a case. According to chinabank kahapon lang naclose ang account ng CLEVERBUY. I would like get some help how to use this against CLEVERBUY!!! Sobrang dami na nilang perwisyong ginawa!!!

Ewan ko nalang kung may pondo pa pagdating nun. hindi namin maipilit na 1st week na June..kesyo marami na daw nairelease na mga PDC..batch batch.. kahit ano pa sabihin namin..ayon tinalikuran nlang kami nung Lolo Gm tumalikod at hindi na kami binalikan…ung si Thommy nalang ang bumalik may cheque na PDC june 20. Basta nakakahiblood. Kailangan tayo pa magadjust sa mga panloloko nila..ung mga deman natin bilang customer binabali wala lang. Hoping na hindi tatalbog ung cheque nila kundi aberya nanaman tlg.

  10. I went to J2 office yesterday. It was really a hassle kasi dun palang sa frontdesk ng building hindi alam na close na ang J2 and mukang tanga kaming nag hahanap ng J2 office sa 7th floor. And then they advise us to just go directly to Cleverbuy’s office at the 4th floor on the same building. Same as the other people that have some issue with the voucher that they bought, they just provide me with a runaround (which I accepted) hehehe. I hope Cleverbuy will do something about this fast.

    • un new office ng j2 sa vm condominium na.. sa likod ng makati cinema square.. and as per cleverbuy, may 21 daw ulit mgoopen ang j2.. good for them.. pag di pa nila bngay itinerary ko, susugudin ko na sila :))

      • hello everyone just want to inform you Na narefund ko na ung 6900 na binayad ko for a trip to bohol .. just follow this steps .. 1. punta kayo sa cleverbuy 2. ask for refund 3. tel them you want to refund your money right away cash or dated check . my husband went there sa office nila nung una 2 to 4 weeks dw wag na wag kayo papayag .. after 2 hours of waiting presto binaba na ang check from china bank worth 6900 … after nun he went through china bank to check if the issued check is good .. so far good nmn sy .. sana makuha nyona ung refund nyo madali lng basta wag kayo papayag sa mghihintay kayo ng matgal

  13. LATEST UPDATE: Was at the Cleverbuy office today (May 29). They are no longer issuing PDCs. What they gave out were only promissory notes (to be paid on or before June 30). Their treasurer/GM/whatever was there – Mr. Edgardo Garcia (http://www.facebook.com/people/Edgardo-Garcia/1828809091). He was, apparently, advised by their lawyer to seize issuance of PDCs.

    An NBI officer was there to serve a subpoena. There will be a preliminary hearing vs. Cleverbuy at the NBI headquarters on June 1, 2012 2:00pm (this Friday). Complainants are very much welcomed to attend this hearing.

  14. Just came from Cleverbuy office today (May 30, 2012 around 10am). It’s already closed with a notice posted in front of the door stating the following:
    Due to the harassment, threats, verbal abuse received by our employees from customers claiming for refunds and missing company properties, we are temporarily closing the cleverbuy office. This is also to take into consideration the welfare and safety of our employees. For inquiries, please contact the following numbers:
    09151946815, 09435348717, 09284428895

    Tried calling the numbers but they’re no longer contactable…
    Any idea how we can contact them aside from the published numbers?

  15. Does this mean na kahit pumunta kame sa Cleverbuy ay wala kameng mapapala?

    Our issue is not with J2 travels but with another travel agency named Trip toe. We had bought 5 vouchers for Puerto Princesa (supposed to be scheduled last April) from Cleverbuy. To cut the long story, we we’re promised to be given itinerary and e-tickets three times. All did not push thru. We we’re also required to give additional fees for the environmental fees and stuffs. We cooperated but the travel agency still did not.

    I tried calling the hotline, leaving emails. Pero hanggang ngayon walang response. Up pa rin ang website ng Cleverbuy. How come they are still allowed to sell even if they have serious customer issues to settle.

  16. Hi guys.. Kakagaling ko Lang sa cleverbuy nung isang araw.. I purchased the coron tripnfor 22k for 4 people. Pangatlong balik ko na para ibook yung trip wala na naman daw yung manager nila so was advised by one staff member to ask for refund snd wait for a month. Grabe may nakasabay kami mga 15 people all waiting for their refund kasi sinabihan na daw sila ng cleverbuy na merin ng check tapos pagpunta nila sa office sa june 25 pa daw kasi walang pipirma sa check. Grabe. One staff from 7th floor Mark from HR even told me to shut up when i talked to him about my refund. WTF??? I just got scammed and was so pissed tapos ambastos pa niya. We went to the 4th floor office – i wanted to talk to the foreigner who looks like a boss but wasnt entertained. The girl told me that there was no manager and she doesnt know when the manager would be back.. Grabe ang hassle talaga. Waiting for the refund – if i dont get it in 30 days. I will pursue legal action. Hope we all get our hard earned money back.

  17. I saw and read this blog just now. I purchased the Boracay voucher (valid for 1 year) last April 22nd and was planning to visit the J2 travel and tours this June for my booking. I already printed my voucher on the same day I purchased it and saw that booking starts on May 21st but I wasn’t able to do my booking last week. According to the voucher’s details (saw it today) that booking period begins on august. So I tried searching for J2’s contact number to inquire. Unfortunately, this is what I saw in google. I was trying to call cleverbuy but no one’s answering.

    Please help.. What should I do? Should I just ask for my refund or pursue my booking?

      Hi Miko, I went to Cleverbuy’s office in Makati yesterday but the guard did not let me in. The guard showed me a note saying “Cleverbuy is temporarily close due to verbal abuse from customers.”

      By the way, don’t expect anyone to answer your call soon.

Itinerary na lng ang kulang ko, sb nung nkausap ko na thomy blance nun ngpnta ako last week, last week ng may nila sesend at may bngay pa siang confirmation letter. at nlaman laman ko na ngresign na daw un thommy blance at un irene sb nun erwin knina. kainis lng db? tapos mgbibigay daw ng feedback un erwin bukas! wish ko lng totoo!

  21. I went to Cleverbuy office this afternoon and at first the guard downstairs wont allow us to proceed to 4/F. I was told to call the numbers posted on the paper. I kept on calling the 3 numbers but to no avail. We insisted to go up to their office then after a few minutes the guard allowed us to. I was hoping that their office was open but unfortunately i saw the same post on their door. I purchased my Coron voucher in February, 2012 and I immediately gave them my preferred dates and I was told in April that I was booked for 2nd of June but until now i dont have any update re my booking, itinerary or whatsoever. Reading the comments above , it’s no second thought, i WANT A REFUND.

    I think if they are really true to their word of refunding they shouldn’t be closing in the very first place. They should face every customer. It’s a normal reaction from each of the customers, who shelled out thousand of pesos, to be pissed about their inconsistencies and unfulfilled commitments to customers (now i realized it’s a too good to be true promo)This is really a learning for us BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Wow that woulde been mark telan the same guy who told me i was the one being rude when infront of all other complainants i asked if i wa the one being rude and they all agreed he was the one na rude. Iba iba sila sinasabe sabe nya samen project coordinator lan sua nagtatago sila sa complainants on purpose they dont issue pdcs anymore promissory note na lan and will have u wait super tagal kesyo mr edgardo garcia the signatory is jot around 9am pa lan andun na kame he showed up 3pm na with an attitude pa na kami pa siansabhan na dapat d kame galit at walang mareresolve ang galit. The nerves! We were 50 at least andun asking for refund some there as early as 9am minimum bg 6990 pesos to max of 90k or i hearf may 2m pa for refund wala silan ginawa not even apologetic basta basta pa sila umaalis infront of wveryone so people had to ran after them bala umalis mawala na anaman so hassle! Hindi sila nagdemanda sa j2 kasi sister company nila un. Ang alam ko may nagserve ng nbi na subpoena for mr edgardo garcia to appear in court filed by compalainants ng cleverbuy na hindi nila maibalik ang pera so yes clearly SCAMMERS

    we called the airline to check if the tickets were valid, OK naman daw. but when we called the resort who arrange the airport transfers, tour and accommodation, cancelled daw kasi hindi nag-remit sa kanina ng payment si J2 travel and tours/Cleverbuy. according to the resort owner, they are also preparing a demand letter with the amount of 500K ++ from J2 travel and tours/Cleverbuy

      • There are already formal complaints vs cleverbuy made in the anti-fraud division of the nbi. Total of 5 formal complaints vs cleverbuy and triptoe. That’s why nakapagpadala ng summons ang nbi sa cleverbuy office last may 29. Definitely more formal complaints to come this coming week.

We asked for help and he helpfully referred us to Maan Macapagal of ABS-CBN news reporter. And thanks to both of them they referred us to Investigation Agent VI Migdonio Congzon. And they want us to provide a formal complaint affidavit that is notarized and to be submitted ASAP. Our group of complainants are scheduled to meet up tomorrow between 9AM-10AM (June 4, 2012) @NBI. To those who want to participate please don’t wear shorts and slippers. BRING YOUR COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT (NOTARIZED) and attach the copies of vouchers you have purchased.

    • Hopefully, he’ll show up at the nbi anti-fraud division on june 8 2pm. Si mr. Garcia po mismo ang nagpareset ng meeting na ito from the original meeting schedule last june 1.
      Umattend po ng june 1 meeting si mr. Garcia sa nbi pero mukhang naoverwhelm yata siya sa dami ng complainants na nag-aabang sa kanya (duh!). He requested for a reset of the meeting on june 8. He’ll bring his lawyer na daw on june 8.

    • when i use the American Express , i paid that full amount, still can get it back?

      • try to call the bank. what happened to me was i paid only the minimum amount due, so if ever the total amount gets reversed. my loss would be minimal.

    • I called HSBC, and the rep said that only the merchant can cancel the transaction. You can only use the dispute form if you do not authorize or know the transaction or if you have credit reversal memo from the merchant.
      So babagsak din na need mo si cleverbuy..

      • You have rights, call them again and share your side of the story. If in the event that a credit memo can no longer be given by the merchant(cleverbuy). Point out that the merchant is no longer communicating with you and cite that the service that you planned to avail cannot be given and raise that you have rights as a credit card holder.

        Don’t be harsh on them though, remember you are making a request.

        Always ask what are the available options that you have and tell them that the company is no longer entertaining you because they are already closed.

      • I called them again, still ang sabi nila only the merchant can cancel the transaction. pwede pa din magpadala ng dispute form but it will be subject for investigation and approval. and there is a no guarantee na maibabalik pa..

    MANILA, Philippines – The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has stepped in the internet scam case involving the coupon/voucher website Cleverbuy.com.

    The NBI received several complaints from consumers who paid for travel packages, some up to hundreds of thousands of pesos, but did not get any confirmation from the company.

    NBI computer crimes unit chief Migdonio Congzon Jr said they are already looking for the whereabouts of the people behind the company who may be liable for estafa or swindling.

    Congzon admitted there is no regulatory body that screens these group buying sites. He also advises consumers to be wary about super cheap deals because “if it’s too good to be true, it must not be true at all.”

    Congzon added those who were duped will not necessarily get their money back as soon as possible since the NBI will just investigate and cannot compel owners to pay up unless they have an out of court settlement with the complainants.

    Last week, ABS-CBN was able to go to the office of Cleverbuy in Makati but it was already closed.

    ABS-CBN tried to contact the representative of the company, a certain Edgardo Garcia, but his cellphone and landline numbers are already not working.

        it’s easier to transact with them than hope for Cleverbuy or J2 to show up since we only have a slim chance of getting our refund from those scammers.

  50. Guys, need your opinion? Is there a similar case as ours, J2 already booked us a flight this June but they did not send us a service voucher for the accommodation and tour. According to the airline this booking can still be change 24 hours before the flight so we don’t have an assurance that they will not cancel it. Were planning to use the flight just in case we can’t refund our money at least our loss will be minimal but were afraid that the agency who booked this plane tickets will cancel it.

    Tinanong ko kung panu un kung ung mga foreigner ung may-ari, i said baka makaalis ng bansa,
    ang sabi nila, as per documents daw na nakuha nila, Filipino ang may-ari ng company.

    For refunds, walang kasiguraduhan, kc kung wala na daw pera ung company, wala ng ibabalik.
    Pero kung mapapatunayan na meron pa clang mga ari-arian na pwedeng i turn into cash, dapat malaman na para mabayaran tayong lahat..

  59. i bought tickets for coron last year and we booked for this july. when i heard that cleverbuy is in trouble i called divelink and verified our bookings. sad to say eventhough our bookings were confirmed with them they were not paid pa daw. i was told to ask for refund to j2 or cleverbuy pero close naman sila. just last month i called divelink and they said that we are booked with them. our group consist of 8 of us. thats almost 50k. 🙁 please help me how to get refunds on this?

    • same case tyo.. nkabook din ako sa divelink pero last week nun ngconfirm ulit ako sa knila, sa ng divelink, si J2 na daw mismo ang ngpcancel ng reservations starting june onwards. 🙁 but un plane ticket everyday ko nmn chinecheck, hndi nmn cancelled. un accomodation lng tlga. pti un tour guide na si ms. cherry, sb skin hndi na daw tntnggap un vouchers ng cleverbuy sa merchants nila sa coron.

They were interviewed by Channels 2 and 5.. Same story. Kung ano rin po ung report ng ABS-CBN dati.Un pa rin po ang sinasabi nila..Maraming complainants ang pumunta kanina. Pinareceive po namin ung demand letter sa Attorney ni Mr. Garcia. Then others submitted their Affidavit of Complaint..Ang sabi pa po nila nakabalik na raw si Mr. Bayer sa Germany..Wala nga pong hold departure..Ewan ko nga po sa NBI!!! Hayzzz. Pagasa na lang dispute sa credit card..

    • If they’re paying anyone in the government because of this, sana the money that they’re using to pay them, ibalik na lang nila dun sa mga taong gustong magrefund.

      Anyway, I think nag-avalanche effect lang itong nangyari. They were probably not expecting some small problem (i’m not sure kung small ba yun or what) na lumaki ng ganito, that’s why they were able to issue good PDCs early this May. That is, if they were not planning on scamming people in the first place.

      I’m still hoping we’d get our money back somehow, even through their assets or what, pero yun nga, for the people who trashed the office I think it was a very bad idea dahil na-aggravate lang yung situation.

      I do hope CleverBuy reads my post, if they are reading this blog. Considering that big possibility that we will not be able to get our money back, sana ituloy na lang nila yung pag-claim ng voucher. What I’m saying is, kunwari the package is like 5000 for 1 person all-in, at today’s market price let’s say all you can buy for that amount of money is airfare, actually for me okay na un, kahit ako na mag-ayos ng tour namin. At least may napuntahan yung ginastos ko. They should re-open the office and ask people if they are willing to settle for that.

      I don’t know if people will agree with me on this one. I am pro for seeking justice on our part, kaya lang I don’t trust the government more than I trust this group buying site. I’m just praying they have the heart to feel sorry for the people who work so hard to get the money they use to pay for the deals.

      I really hope the government does look into this issue talaga and do something about it. I researched, a lot of countries are also experiencing the same thing with group buying sites na scam. If the government does not do anything about this, what will stop other group buying sites from doing the same thing? It’s like the government is welcoming scammers to scam the people. It’s bad for the economy. Instead of the people’s money going to the pockets of our hard-working people, napupunta lang sa scammers, or sa corrupt officials.

    Today if I have to define CleverBuy, what’s on mind is a FIRST CLASS ONLINE SCAM and I’m sure that’s also the definition of our customers who were victims of this Group Buying online site. Based on the figures I have it looks good, definitely a good number for the business but the biggest question is…WHERE ARE THOSE MONEY?

One of our partner merchant is J2 Discount Travel and Tours, owned by Christian Gorg Bayer. They provide us package deals like Coron tour package, Boracay tour package, Puerto princesa tour package and Bohol tour package in a very low price, no, in a negative price. The costing of 1 package will reach up to 15,000 pesos including the airfare and accommodation but CleverBuy is selling it for only 9,900 pesos. You may ask me why CleverBuy is selling this kind of service in a negative price. According to Mr. Bayer this is only to generate more income, to have an enticing look and to have instant cash. DOES IT SOUND LIKE A BUSINESS?

    Thousands of customers purchased from CleverBuy. Well, Mr. Bayer may be right, there’s instant cash from this kind of business, million of cash in an instant. J2 was able to send customers to their preferred destinations, they even rented private planes, chartered flights just to accommodate our customers’ needs and we are able to generate funds and we live in a luxurious lifestyle. High budget events, prestige launching, expensive marketing strategies, online advertisement from different online platforms, high priced online games, facebook advertisement which reaches up to 45,000 per month…not in pesos but in EUROS for facebook advertisement alone, new office with the rental of 400,000+ pesos in a month and sad to say we are not able to use the new office since January until today but we are paying the rental of the said office. All these expenses came from the payments made by our customers here in the Philippines. HOW CAN THEY BE A HELP TO CLEVERBUY PHILIPPINES IF THESE GERMAN PEOPLE ARE TAKING MONEY FROM US INSTEAD OF SENDING NEW FUND FOR CLEVERBUY?

    “The boat is sinking!” Those are the serious words we got from Mr. Edgardo S. Garcia who happened to be the President and the dummy owner of all these companies created by Christian Bayer. He is simply manipulated by these German people to run the business in the country. Because of that serious joke from Mr. Garcia, our Project Manager in the persona of Mr. Christoffer Aranez who is supposed to be responsible for the entire operation of CleverBuy quits in his position in the middle of crisis in the company. Managers were left behind together with the rank and file employees. We want the company to survive, we are still holding on because we are afraid that we might be losing our job. We are holding on to the promise they made, new fund is coming, new investor is coming, we can generate more funds but we have realized that no one is coming to save us, no more funds for CleverBuy, no more salary for the employees, no commissions, pending and filing up liabilities, no more payments for the merchants, refunds are getting bigger and bigger it’s because some of our partner merchants are not accepting the voucher of CleverBuy anymore because we have not paid them. Irate customers coming to the office complaining of the services of our partner merchants, complaining of J2 services, complaining the process of the refunds, merchants are coming to the offices asking for the payment for the services they have provided to our customers but our employees and staffs absorbed all those things from our customers and merchants despite of the harassment, the threat and the verbal abuse, we understand the situation it’s because we can feel how difficult it is to spend a hundred thousand of pesos for nothing. It’s not our job to face these people; it was just assign to us because they have seen the potential from us to work well and to pacify these people. CAN YOU BLAME US IF WHAT WE WANTED IS SIMPLY TO HOLD ON WITH THE SITUATION?

    Despite of what we have experience from our customers and from our partner merchants we are not losing our hope that our employer will help us. We remain calm; we still keep the diplomacy between our customers and CleverBuy. The most painful thing is that we keep our customers to believe in us despite the fact that something might not happen anymore. We have built friendship from some of them, some of them were so good to us, they have entrusted us the fate of their vouchers, and some of them consider us as heroes from their bad experience with J2 and Trip Toe. No matter how hard we try to push through the promises we made but we are just simply an ordinary employees, helpless and are just contented of what we got from our employer. We have not fulfilled our promises to them and that’s the heaviest burden we are carrying right now, the guilt inside us. WILL YOU CURSE US BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT FULFILLED OUR PROMISES DESPITE OF ALL THE EFFORTS WE HAVE DONE?

    First week of June 2012, our CEO Christian Bayer arrived here in the Philippines. We are hoping that he will bring good news for all of us. We are hoping that he will solve all these problems but our hopes shattered when he wants to declare bankruptcy for CleverBuy, for J2 and for Webix Business Solutions Inc. This is not what we are aiming for. We have our own families who depend on us. We gave our lives for this company, we risk our names and we gamble our future in CleverBuy and in just one snap he disowned us. He has the guts to say that he is NOT the owner of CleverBuy. He has the guts to tell us all that we will not expect anything from them anymore. Even our salary, we can’t have it anymore. Customers are cursing us, threatening us, throwing hurtful words for us, we have a boss who disowned us, did not support us anymore, partner merchants who are filing case against us, pending complaints at DTI and NBI against us. WHO ARE WE AND WHERE ARE WE NOW?

    As of this writing Mr. Bayer is preparing to build for another company. No more CleverBuy, no more J2 Discount Travel and Tours and no more Webix Business Solutions Inc. A new company is coming out under his power, unknown yet but this company will still provide services for adult dating sites, pornographic sites for European countries. He will be using the talent and skills of Filipino people but he will not give security for them just like he did for us.

    Metrobank. Actually sabay ako nagemail sa metrobank and mozcom. Pero ang reply ng mozcom naremit na daw nila yung mga Feb transactions sa clever buy so di na nila maibalik yung money. I think dapat malabas ang mozcom ng mga binayaran pra magkaalaman na.

    Sana yung sa inyo mareverse din. Super thankful lang tlaga ako sa metrobank for their prompt action.

      BDO reversed my payment just yesterday. I filed a dispute. yung transaction ko with clever buy dates back nung april, pero nag appear sa bill ko ng may. i paid in full may 31, yung deadline ng credit card ko. siguro within 2 weeks yun ang inasikaso ko, mag file ng dispute kasi wala ako napala sa pakikipag usap sa mozcom and even mr garcia. buti na lang ibinalik ng BDO. baka maibalik pa din yung sa iyo. try mo.

        positive ko na makukuha nyo din yan = ) fax ko ung dsipute letter, ung voucher at statement of account nung billing period na ginawa ung transaction. Fax ko din ung letter of request na ginawa ko nun sa cleverbuy para sa request ng refund. Tapos nagconfirm ko sa kanila kung nakuha nila ung dispute letter. almost three weeks din ung process nung dispute.

  105. Guys!, I’m back with a good news! My BDO cc company just returned my scammed 135k which was just recently appeared in my SOA for this month. Emma, finally this bank attended to my dispute and promises were not broken.

    For everyone’s information, I purchased 11 Bohol vouchers from J2 last year, through Clever Buy, maybe at the end of August of last year and I only claimed 1 voucher. I sent a dispute form to Mozcom to no avail and I’ve read here that some was able to get a refund from their banks. I know it was a long shot for me since compared to some of you, mine is out of the 30-60 days limit for dispute but out of desperation I still went on. Thanks to BDO, unfortunately, I knew BDO took all the hassles of fixing my dispute and it is not impossible that they shelled this out of their pocket just to refund me. And for this I feel awful as well, the true stupid, lying, morons should and must pay for all our troubles instead. And I am not talking about whether the government will help out resolve these issues but in some way I know KARMA is just around the corner. Hay naku sana maging mas mahirap ka pa sa daga Christian Bayer at mga kampon mo!

    But upon checking with HSBC today, na-credit back na sakin ung payment ku!

    So I was really down and I lost hope.But upon checking with HSBC last Monday, Aug. 13, the amount that I had disputed was credited back!
    Am so thankful that they understand the situation and assisted in having my money back.

  110. Ano na status ng case sa NBI regarding cleverbuy? Regarding sa mga nagfile ng complain sa NBI pwede kaya isama ninyo ang mozcom sa complain? Since the issue started that maraming publema ang cleverbuy natawagan ko kaagad ang mozcom kung pwede ma hold ang pera they said yes pero ngayon wala na daw sa kanila ang pera.

  111. Even that they said na hindi sila liable sa nangyari but I think they have the power to hold the money. It’s weird na sabi nila kinuha na ng cleverbuy ang pera. Saan kaya napunta ang pera eh cleverbuy is no longer exist. Nakakapagtaka. I paid my voucher in cash.
