  1. never go to this salon!! as they will just ruin your hair and face my friend went to this salon and she hated their poor service!!!

  2. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE>> this salon freaks me out! This is the only salon that I got pissed off this much. Imagine their rebond — it took me 9 hours of stay just for them to finish it?!? and take note– sinisingil pa ako ng 1500 para sa treatment?

    1 is to 4 sila kaya walang ntatapos na cliente–iiwan ka na lang basta para asikasuhin yung iba—in which dapat tapusin muna ang nauna. I was waiting for 2 hours, walang gumagalaw ng hair ko after wash. Natuyo na lang hair ko sa kakahintay sa kanila. Hihintayin ka pang magalit bago ka pansinin at tapusin ang iniwang gamot sa ulo mo. HAYYY– super duper high blood ako sa salon na to! Concern rin ako sa mga parlorista nila kasi, they should be properly dressed-up with complete salon materials. (suklay nga nila madumi na bungi pa) Isa pa, wala silang taga-wash ng hair–kung sino ngplantsa sa hair mo, sya din mgwash–meaning pasma ang aabutin ng mga employee.

    X-tenso rebonding? fake! my hair gets frizzy! and it looks like it was not even rebonded–if in case na ndi maganda rebond sau–wala ka dw habol sa knila kasi pumirma ka ng waiver!?! halerrrr.. eh di ok lang pala na ndi nila ayusin ung trabaho nila?? THEIR BUSINESS IS PURELY SERVICE, THEY SHOULD SATISFY CLIENTS, NOT LET THEM GET PISSED OFF!

    I really regret that i bought their service at METRODEAL. NEVER avail their services– or you will get pissed off too.

  3. I agree with all these comments! You don’t get your money’s worth. Ito po ang pinaka-worst na parlor na napuntahan ko.
    Below is my comment at fb due to this bad experience:
    Worst scenarios when u don’t get your money’s worth: very long wait (1.5 hours before you are attended to..sayang ang oras ko becoz my time is gold), poor service (not friendly and not accommodating), dirty facility and staff plus only one senior stylist na sasabunutan ka with their assistant (tsk..tsk), no wifi (LOL), and ineffective treatment (straight na ulit) plus brutally murdered hair. Don’t get from hair and body salon.
    Ang sasama nyo kung ayaw nyo sa customer balik nyo na lang pera namen at wag nyo gawin buhok namen…di pde pera pera lang pag services ang negosyo mo. Never go to this salon. Always read review. Worst salon experience ever!

OMG!! good thing i read these comments.. just had my 1st session of RF, and yung gumawa ng RF saken parang ndi knowledgeable..she didn’t even know how to operate the machine natakot nga ako kasi baka malapnos lang balat ko.. dapat pala i-remove mga accessories para hindi m-ground my gosh hindi man lang ako ininform kaya pala iba pakiramdam ko non, pano kung first timer ka sa RF kawawa ka naman.. i heard sa mga staffs nila hindi sila pinag-dday off 2months na plus yung mga gamit nila sa salon hindi pinapalitan ng boss nila kasi parang nagkukuripot..

  5. really sad to saw these comments! I should have read these before I went there for my hair xtenso rebonding. Kala ko ako lang, sobra dami na pala naloko ng hair & body hub salon na yan!!!
    I thought I was lucky to have found a great deal until I got to their salon. I purchased the 999 Xtenso Hair rebonding with free foot spa, hand & feet paraffin.
    I got a reservation, Saturday at 3pm.
    So I decided to be there a bit early around 2pm kasi sabi nila bawal ang late!
    Pagpasok ko pa lang sa pinto, may isang client na nakatayo dun waiting to be entertained by the receptionist.
    Sobra tagal nya sa phone, I guess she’s talking to some customers pero it took forever bago nya ko pinansin.
    I heard the other customer was asking “ako na ba susunod? 1 hour na kasi ako dito.”
    Then the recetionist said, wait lang po Ma’am, hintayin lang po matapos yung isa.
    So I tried to talk to her na rin.
    I just said, “Ah miss…”
    Di pa man dina ko tapos magsalita eh sumenyas na sya without uttering a word (senyas na saying sandali lang, with a kainis face!)
    Dun pa lang nainis na ko kasi it’s a sign of being unprofessional.
    You don’t greet your customers (especially first time) that way!
    So when I got the chance to tell her my name & showed her my metrodeal voucher, nagfill up ako ng form at sabi nya tatawagin na lang name ko.
    So went to the waiting area along with some customers.
    Unfortunately, napatabi ako sa isang complainant.
    She had digiperm like few days back.
    pero hindi nakulot ang buhok nya at damaged pa kaya bumalik sya para magcomplain at ipaayos sana ang trabahong ginawa nila.
    Felt sad for her kasi 12nn sya dumating, until 4 pm ayaw pa rin nila ayusin ang buhok nya.
    hanggang sa umalis na lang sya sa sobrang inis.
    ganto strategy nila:
    Cut a small section of your hair that will be soaked in X chemical (sabi nila yun daw yung gamot sa rebonding)
    After few mins., charan! papahatak nila sayo at sasabihing ganyang mangyayari sa buhok mo ma’am. treated na po kasi buhok nyo kahit 1 year ago pa yun, pero mahina na po buhok nyo.
    They will suggest that you avail the 1,500 treatment package, otherwise your hair will be damaged.
    They will convince you t avail the package.
    If you won’t, then you will have to sign the waiver at wala kang habol kung ano man kalabasan.
    In my case sa takot na paglaruan ang buhok ko, sige, go lang.
    Kala ko everything will turn out good.
    Guess what time na ko nakalabas ng salon?
    Almost 1am! omg!
    The longest time ever for hair rebonding, grrr!
    Not because nagtagal sila sa buhok ko.
    But because sobra dami ng buhok na hawak ng iisang staff.
    The foot spa, kung ano tinagal ng rebond, siya namang kinabilis ng ewan ko kung foot spa matatawag yun, imagine 10 minutes!!!!
    eh halos gusto ko na agawin yung pangscrub sa kanya kasi wala akong nakita ni isang hibla ng balat ng paa ko dun sa madungis nyang foot towel!!!
    So going back to my hair, after 3 days, I washed my hair and charan! back to the old wavy hair!
    gone with the 999 + 1500 worth of nothing!!!
    So ano rate ko?
    negative 100!!! (-100)
    very poor service, disgusting tools, deceiving ads, worst everything!

  6. omg! nagavail ako ng voucher sa knila khpon before i read these comments, and i have an appointment later 3pm. kgabi pa ko knkbhan bka abutin ako ng madaling araw sa knila, i have a 2 yr old daughter and bago plang yaya nya ayoko snang iwan ng mtgal. nkakuha ako voucher sa mary pauline kaso napaka unprofessional ng receptionist at inaway ko na.ntkot na ko mgpunta bka kung anu gawin sa buhok ko. then i tried to call this h&b hub ntuwa lang ako kasi mbait ang sumgot and pasok sya sa preferred sched ko. and then nabasa ko tong mga comments, haayy anyone anu mgnda tip syang kasi pg d ko naavail, kabang kaba tlga ko.. haha!

  7. malaking OMG! my sched pa namn ako tom. morning with my sister inlaw tapos gnito pala ang service nila. sana nmn di nalang tinatanggap ng metrodeal o kahit anong website yan kasi sila din ang masisira lalo n kapag marami n sila naririnig regarding s salon n to diba?
