    i booked that tour package with PAB STAR. their service was really bad. they’re difficult to contact and they sent the travel documents a day before the said tour.

    if you want a hassle free vacation DO NOT book a tour with PAB STAR. they are an example of a company that gives their client BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      hi all! dealing with PAB STAR has caused me too much inconvenience and stress. same situation with most of you. we were “booked” and fully paid december 2011 and suppose to be on tour 10-13 june, 2012, only to be informed 6 days before our departure that may problema and our options are rebook and refund!!!

      there is something anomalous with this agency kasi i was able to talk with other agencies and no problem nman daw going to shenzen.

      i am filing a complaint against PAB STAR with the city government of Malolos since hindi sila accredited ng Dept. of Tourism. Those who want to join me can contact me thru these numbers 09228985979, 09266241026. lets stop this agency from ruining the excitement of every child wanting to go to disneyland or someplace else for that matter.

      • I was promised for a refund but its been 3 weeks now and they havent refunded me yet. I was fully pad since Dec. 2011 for a tour in June 2011. Its really hard to contact them and they are giving various reasons why the tour was cancelled. Unbelievable. I think this is their way of taking money from people, invest it somewhere, God knows if our money can be refunded back to us.

      • Bakit hindi meterodeal ang habulin natim, metrodeal was the one who represented pabstar..refund ko dapat kanina from pabstar 25th of June 2012 for pur canceled trip to HK and shenzhen…walang dumating na pera.

        ms. jamie, i want also to file a complaint to this travel agency! nagbuy din ako sa metrodeal for 3pax and then nakareceived ako email from June25th i thing..informing of their current financial situation..ang dami pa nilang sinasabi kesyo yung isang airlines company n ka tie up nila nalulugi na tas di na sila makakuha ng costly package.in short nalulugi na sila ganun? if di na sila makakuha ng package n mura eh di irefund n lng nila db? kaso tingin ko dito trabaho nila talaga manloko eh nag paakyat lang sila ng pera..pinuntahan nmin yung office ang andun 1 boy na mukang goon tas nananakot pa. wla n din yung mga cp#s n binigay nila.

      • bumili rin kami ng friend ko bale 4 pax noong June 27 nag txt pa may ari na yong may at june lang daw may problem dahil ang trip namin is still i august kaso on the same day di ko na siay makontak sabi nya may konting problema nga raw at inaayos lang nya.. Tapos nag email na pala sya sa mga clients nya june 20 pa ang date.. kung di ba naman siya manloloko nag txt pa na may at june lang affected.         So much inconvenience talaga ang naexperience namin sa agency na ito. Kumuha kami ng 4 pax at nagdagdag pa kami ng additional payment kc daw weekend travel ang nakuha namin then kakanselin lang pala.

        hi!same situation din.nagpa book ako sa pabstar for 4pax.fully paid na rin ako nung May pa.b4 ko ibayad ung full tnawagan pa cya ng Mr.ko pra mkiusap na kung pwede next year ko na byaran ung half.hndi siya pumayag klangan daw b4 May 20 mabayaran ko.ang hndi ko alam nung nag down ako nung april may problem na pala.ang tour nmin e sa april 2013 pa.gift ko sana un sa anak kong ga graduate ng elem.nxt year.I’m out of the country kaya ang hrap kumilos.husband ko lng ang nag aasikaso.36k ang bnayad ko,early bird promo un.sama ako kung ano mang legal actions ang gagawin nyo..please keep me updated.

      I’m also waiting for refund pero 1 month nah wala p rin. Meron n bang natuloy sa tour nila kahit isa. Dpat june 5 ang flight nmin tapos bigla cla ng email collapse n daw un group same reason as the others. hay buong 13th month ko binayad ko lang dun. Honeymoon dapat namin un so sad and im really disappointed sa pab star.

      i’m also expecting a refund from PAB star since march til now, wala pa rin. thank God natuloy naman ang tour namin FEB 2012 pa un. what i am asking for refund is yung binayaran kong baggage back and forth, wherein, sinabi nila na may 15kilos allowed kami pro nung nasa airport na kami, siningil kami kc wala naman pala kami baggage allowed. after reading all your comments, i also want to join in complaining this travel agency kc it’s not fair. kapag singilan, nagmamadali sila, pro kapag refund, wala ka ng mahagilap ni isa sa kanila.. i have tried all the numbers provided, emailed them, and now, nalaman ko nlng, d na sila nago-operate..

    • i have filed our complaint with the legal department of the provincial government of Bulacan but was returned because no one was at Pab Star’s office to receive it. I’ve been getting in touch with my agent kasi hindi na macontact ung number ni Arlie. My agent sent me Arlie’s reply to her dated 16 August:

    • You keep giving us email addresses, but don’t give a damn reply. The 180 days you promised for refund has already ended, but we never received any… How can we give consideration when you don’t even understand and think what you are saying. Can you stop being a victim, coz you are not. With the past cases you have, it means that this is already the game you are playing even before, it just happened that you are losing now. So I do hope you still have a little conscience left in you.

    • So Arlie, how about us and the others whose still not receiving their refund. Rage is right, if you are doing your job this refund process will not take this long. I opted for refund since MAY and its now September and I don’t get a damn reply from you. Hanggang saan p b dapat umabot toh and i don’t understand why this process would take this long. All information you needed are already given and I don’t see a damn effort from your agency and yet your asking for a little consideration! You called it little for what your agency do to us. So irresponsible!!!

    kung sino man ang hindi naging masaya at hanggang ngayon at naka pensing pa din kung matutuloy o hindi ang tour to Hong kong – Shenzhen package that pabstar offered as early bird booking mag post po kayo dito,gusto ko lang malaman kung marami na ang nagka problema sa Pab star agency kagaya ng pamilya namin, Maliban sa abala sa pag punta punta sa office nila sa Malolos nakakalungkot isipin na ang matagal na excitement at plano ng pamilya namin ay maaaring mabale wala,lalo na ang pamangkin ko na 4 years old na palagi na lang binabanggit na magkikita na sila ni mickey mouse. Ang chance na magkasama sama kami sa isang maganda at masarap na bakasyon na matagal na pinag ipunan ng pamilya namin ay naka pensing pa din sa pabstar kahit na six months ago pa kami nagkapagbayad sa PAB STAR.

      Im having problems too. We already paid full, and then i ask for our TCV, the staff told me they will send it to me via email if the reservation is already available. SO my conclusion is that, even if you are paid in full na, nakahang parin ung tour mo, hindi mo alam if matutuloy o hindi , and its super disgusting. Hoping and praying that our tour will turn out good as we planned it. We’ve waited for this tour to happen, sana wag nila kaming pasahin.

      • availed of a tour from them also…so far nakikipagcommunicate naman po agent nila saken, and as from her may and june nga daw po naapektuhan kaya nagkaproblem cla. try communicating first with ur agents or search them in the internet, their offering their tours po for until 2013 kaya di naman po cla nawala talaga. wag po tayo agad magjudge as this may worsen the problem pag nagkaroon ng panick among their cleints. their having problems po pero i their working things out…im hoping and praying pa rin na maging okay tour namin a month from now.

    • pareho tayo kaya nga tayo kumagat sa promo nila kahit malayo sila eh pinagtiagaan kong puntahan at syempre plano kasi namin ng husband ko ipapasyal namin ang mga kids since mga honors student cla at very excited na nga cla halos tipidin ko ung budget namin para lang pag ipunan ang tour na yan tapos mababale wala lang makunsensya naman ako kasi dahil pinagpawisan at pinaghirapan namin yan.ngaun di na cla makontact dapat talaga join force tayo para masakote ang maling gawain na yan.

    I would like to share the same problem with this agency. This agency was really a mess! We booked since nine months ago pa and our first scheduled tour was not happened, and they apologized a lot and make our trip to be re-scheduled. Everything was set and planned for this tour with me and my family. But no trip was happened….

    Sana lang mabalik ung ibinayad namin…. Mga atat maningil tapos ganito lang ang gagawin nila……

    Sana wag na dumami ang maloko nila! Hope makatulong ito sa iba na naghahanap ng affordable na tour.

        supposedly first week ng May, a week before the trip lang kami ni-notify na cancelled ung tour… tapos na re-scheduled kami within May din kasi kami ung pinapili nila ng date… it was really a well planned vacation and reunion… it was a big disappointment with my pamangkins… nagrequest na kami ng refund via email and sumasagot naman sila… hopefully everything will went well…..

      in order to inform you of the real financial status of the said

      company in consonance with the company’s commitment to serve you

      better and to be transparent to each and every one.

      At present, I regret to inform you that PAB Star Travel and Tours is

      heavily beset with enormous deficit since January 2012 up to the present.

      Resultantly, despite all earnest efforts exerted to solve the problem, the

      internal operations of the company had been adversely affected and

      financial stability unavoidably turned into financial declension.

      That one of the insurmountable reasons that beset the company’s

      financial difficulties is the foreclosure and folding-up of an Airline

      Company, from which the company obtained cheap and affordable promo

      fares. Since the closing out of that Airline Company, the company was

      constrained and constricted to obtain fares from other Airline Companies

      at a price thrice or even four times higher than the cost usually offered to

      the company by its former Airline Partner. That this predicament was

      even more compounded by the current spate of tensions between the

      Philippines and China last May 2012 that cast fear to many company’s

      clients to travel to Hong Kong and China, which affected company’s group

      package contract to collapse. The cancellation of fare by a group of

      clienteles would necessarily affect a group’s fare rate. Consequently, the

      company cannot push through and continue purchasing costly and

      exorbitant group travel packages which have skyrocketed since January

      this year.

      In light of the foregoing predicaments and tight spot besetting the

      company, I would like to inform you that all clients whose travel or flights

      that are due for the month of July 2012 onward will no longer push

      through as scheduled and that the company will instead return all moneys

      due them in full since the company can no longer meet the price of

      obtaining costly packages. And the company hereby gives its sincerest

      and full assurance to all valued clients that the moneys due them will be

      returned in full, in due time and the company will not renege on this

      assurance.

      • My mom was with her group (around 30+ pax). She paid last August 2011 pa. And ang supposed sched was last week of April 2012, then namoved May 21. My poor Mom so excited sa kanyang Hongkong trip but in the afternoon of May 20 she received a text from her companions na di na naman tuloy keso magulo raw . So the group decided for a refund. Nagpromised ng June 11, 2012 pero when this date came di na macontact kahit sino sa kanila. The last info she received was huhulughulugan na lang daw yung money na ibabalik. Dapat siguro mahinto na and scheme nila. If its really a “book and buy ” thing dapat pagkabayad mo the following day may ticket at trip voucher. Ginamit na nila ang pera ng pagkatagaltagal tapos di pa maibalik? We can try calling DTI Comsumer Protection unit (751-0384) para maireport ang PABSTAR TRAVEL AND TOURS. It would be better kung maraming magcocomplaint para mapabilis ang action.

    hello, nakakatakot naman yung mga comment dito, actually last dec 2011 pa din kame fully paid via metrodel at august 2012 pa ang tour namen pero now di ko na cla makontak at wala ring nakikipag-communicate sa akin.,, damimko na ngang nababasabg negative write-ups about pab star pero huli na nakapag-pabook na ako. wala na rin silang facebook page. please post naman and update dun sa mga naghingi ng refund kung naibigay na nila.

I’m so frustrated after reading all this comment from Pab Star Client..I’m frm Cagayan de Oro City.Last August pa kami nakapa book ng mga client namin,were a tied up agency at ang dami naming pina book sa kanila..Ang January at February namin ay pina fly nila so were confident enough that evrything is ok..until last May 1 week before the travel of the next batch May 17 group they inform us thru email na ma moved ang travel becoz of PHILCHI problem.To clear evrything up I let my 2 colleague fly to Manila with our own expenses to met all this people in PABSTAR,hinarap naman ng mga agent yung mga kasamahan ko and reassured us that evrything will be set according to what was agreed..so ma move daw kami sa July grabe perwisyo ginawa nila kasi yung mga client namin foreigner pa.so ng pa refund na yung iba at hanggang ngayun hindi pa naibalik ang refund ng mga client namin..worst thing mgpa file na ng case ang mga client namin so were left no choice bt to use our own money to refund our client to adhere the worst situation..and last June 15, were again alarmed becoz we have another group of client who will be traveling for June 11 and yet we havent recieved any TCV and E-ticket..and our client were Elite individual in this city only to find out that PABSTAR wasnt able to booked them…our boss talked to Ms. Arlie Rosalin the owner of Pabstar kasi lahat ng mga agent nila puro lang kasinungalingan ang mga sinasabi,and the worst among the worst MS. ARLIE ROSALIN admitted to our boss that they experience FUND DEFICIT..our boss was so angry and told Ms. Arli that, that was not our problem anymore..so to save our travel agency’s name sake..my boss booked our client to another travel agency with the same package which already triple the price and the pressure of letting our client Fly by arranging it just for 1 day was so HELL..The stress that they brought us was unbelievable..so, what we did we brought this to our Legal Counsel and we just mailed the Demand Letter to be answer within this week..until now we still try to communicate anyone of them, and now even Arlie can’t be reach already..I just read this blog site today thru google..For me, PABSTAR deserve to be in prison for scamming us..if Ms. Arlie will not answer back our letter until friday..legal actions will follow….ang mga taong ito ay di dapat kaawaan…..:>

So kasi daw ang pabstar group booking ang ginagawa, pag ang isang client nagpacancel, lahat na ng client na magtutour that date /month, damay lahat. Wag nman sana mangyari samin yun. I still believe that everything will turn out fine. That PABSTAR will be able to overcome this crisis for this month.

  18. Pabstar is in DEEP TROUBLE. I talked to the owner and talagang may problema ang agency sa pera. Matagal na ako nagbabasa ng blog na ito and I am in the same situation as everyone else here. Nacancel din ang HK-Shenzen tour namin na dapat nun May and a week before lang sinabi. Very frustrating! Sa mga may tours pa sa dadating na buwan WAG NA KAYO UMASA dahil malaki na talaga ang prob ng Pabstar.

  19. hi, i have the same issues with pab star and we were supposed to go on a hk-shenzen trip last june 2012. We were moved on july 2012 perountil now wala pa rin ako reply from miss anne galman regarding the tcv. I guess d na talaga matutuloy ang trip. Panu ko kaya marerefund yung payment kung hindi naman nila ako nirereplyan at hindi din macontact cellphone nila.

Sinasabi nila na walang prob tapos days before nagemail lang minove yun flight so pumayag ako tapo nun malapit na yun date nagemail na namam na aug na daw kaya nakahalata na ako nghingi na lang ako ng refund. Mismong owner na tumawag sakin at sinabi na talagang may prob sila sa pera at unti-unti silang nagrerefund dahil hindi na nga nila kaya. Sabi din ni ms anne sakin may 3 pa ang last na napalipad nila at the rest refund na. Pero kayo po kung gusto niyo din po mgwait til july baka maayos nila yun prob nila.     • Hi Dotie, I just spoke to the owner last night and had exchanged emails with her. Per her email, they are under financial constraints but no mention of the supposedly release of checks every Friday and named directly to the clients. I gave her until June 30 to settle her obligations.

  42. Pati ang Metrodeal di narin nagrereply regarding this. Auto response lang ang na receive ko sa mga email . Buti pa ang Kuoponan of Ebay who had a problem with a travel agency, sila pa ang tumatawag sa mga buyer at sila ang nag ayos ng refund which only took 7 business days nasa akin na ang refund ko. Sana ganun naman ang gawin ng Metrodeal.

    at a price thrice or even four times higher than the cost usually offered to
    the company by its former Airline Partner. That this predicament was
    even more compounded by the current spate of tensions between the
    Philippines and China last May 2012 that cast fear to many company’s
    clients to travel to Hong Kong and China, which affected company’s group
    package contract to collapse. The cancellation of fare by a group of
    clienteles would necessarily affect a group’s fare rate. Consequently, the
    company cannot push through and continue purchasing costly and
    exorbitant group travel packages which have skyrocketed since January
    this year.
    In light of the foregoing predicaments and tight spot besetting the
    company, I would like to inform you that all clients whose travel or flights
    that are due for the month of July 2012 onward will no longer push
    through as scheduled and that the company will instead return all moneys
    due them in full since the company can no longer meet the price of
    obtaining costly packages. And the company hereby gives its sincerest
    and full assurance to all valued clients that the moneys due them will be
    returned in full, in due time and the company will not renege on this
    assurance.
    The company extends its profuse apologies for the hassles and
    inconveniences unnecessarily caused to its valued clients coupled with the
    earnest hope of their consideration and kind indulgence regarding this
    matter. Rest assured that the company will do its best to return to you all
    the amounts you have paid the soonest possible time. However, the
    company only pleads ample time to recuperate from its deficits and dearth
    of funds in order to settle its dues to clients.
    On the other hand, I wish to inform you that due to the incident that
    happened last June 20, 2012 wherein all our employees were threatened

    According to her letter, they are experiencing this pricing problem from January 2012. She could have discontinued the bookings, if she is acting in good faith. Kasi alam naman natin that once the air fare will go up (specially 3 times) it will never go down. Considering the present econonmy, again, if she is acting in good faith then, she should have done the right thing, the right decision. She should have stop the bookings of this tour and refunded all the clients then. But what she is thinking is “I will cross the bridge when I get there, I will continue taking money from this people and file bankrupcy, i have money, i can do whatever I want, and because of the Philippine system, I can even go out of this country as a free man”.

    And why are yo guys hiding your names??? Tayo na nga ang naagrabyado, tayo pa ang takot?
    We should do whatever we could, to give justice to what they have done to us.

But we are one on saying that you did not do your job when you post a deal from an anomalous merchant. And for this, you should be blamed. Did you do background checking? Did you know that they are DOT accredited? You should do more than just providing Pab Star’s contact info. You are our middle man. We knew nothing about Pab star when you posted the deal but we trusted your site to offer us safe travel deals. The contact info you gave are useless. We could not contact them. They are not answering any of our calls and emails.

    I am going to your office tomorrow. We are planning to file a formal complaint. I am also forwarding to you Pab Star’s email to let you know how alarming this is.

  65. I went to Metrodeal’s office in Makati awhile ago. I printed this page and provided it to them. Nagmeeting ang Pab Star management and Metrodeal and Metrodeal believes that Pab Star will give us back our money in due time. Pero un nga, wala rin maibigay na date sa akin ang taga Metrodeal kung kelan un. What we can do now is to wait for their official statement regarding this matter. Bibigyan nila tyo ng options…I was able to discussed with Metrodeal rep those options pero it’s better to wait for their official statement para hnd na rin gumulo. I think nagstart pa lang magsink in sa kanila ung gulo n ginawa ng Pab Star. Let’s just wait and be patient. Malapit lang nmn ang office ng Metrodeal sa amin. So kung hnd sila tutupad s mga sinabi nila kanina, kaya ko ulet sila puntahan.

    Sad thing is, they even lied. They cancelled our trip twice and blamed us for submitting our requirements late daw and another reason is the gulo sa Scarborough Shoal, yun naman pala, sila may problema. hayyy.

    • If only I am in the Philippines, I can do something, but unfortunately I am not. I do not beleive in any word she says. She needs time to move out from the country. Maybe she had a bad decision in business, maybe she invested our advances, tapos nalugi siya. Biro mo she used the money for 6 months or more (our advances). and now she is trying to do the same, rolling scheme. kukuha na naman siya ng other victim with advances and will refund some amount to US ( God knows kung makareceive ba tayo). and again yung nakuhanan ng advances will be the next victim.

      I think what we have to do now is to STOP this operation. Let her face the consequences of what she did.

  85. ive been following your blogs … i was a victim also … supposedly our travel was last MAY 20, 2012 then moved to JULY27,2012 .. i went to PABSTAR office before this thing happened .. and it was clear and we had an agreement or assurance that they will cover our domestic flights since were not from Manila… then things change…. PABSTAR ‘s due to me almost 400k … that’s really a huge amount .. and really a nightmare for me and the rest of my friends (also a victim) anotheramount for them.. … again, ive been calling ms. arlie for the refund and asking her to reply to our demand letter… but yet she told me , she cant hire a lawyer since it cost much … we also channel our concern to the NBI …..for that 400k i just collected refund amounting 10k … i dunno how long is the ample time that shes asking to us … this is really a nightmare… and stressfull….please include me to your fb .. so that we could discuss more …. the more complaints the better… lets join forces for this ….

    • Hi! I am a client also. Been doing a business w/ Pabstar for sometime now. Actually ngayon ko lang naexperience ang problem na ito. Accordingly, nagcollapse ang travel deals nila to HK due to the closure of HK express. They bought tickets 2x-4x the cost of HK express. Un nalugi. Hundreds of thousands din owed nila saken. I am hoping/praying na sana they’ll pay it. I get so depressed when I see this blog.:( But still, I am hoping talaga na makaRecover sila.

  88. hi…isa rin po ako sa nabiktima ng pabstar. travel date nmin may 14-17, 2012. september 2011 fully paid na po kmi. 2days before ng flight nmin sinabi nla sa email na cancelled daw dahil nagkaproblema sa china and then pinarebooked nla ng july 13-16. hanggang sa nalaman ko na cancelled daw lahat ng july flights. ng magpunta ako office nla wla na mga employee nla at mga gamit hinakot na nla at ang humaharap nlng sa amin eh ung tauhan nla “boy” lng. very dissapointed kaming mag asawa sa ginawa nla at ang masakit eh ung pinapaasa tayo ng pabstar na maibabalik ang pera natin ng wlang kasiguraduhan. wala na po silang gamit na mapapakinabangan sa office nla sa malolos hinakot na daw lahat. nag email sakin c ARLIE ROSALIN at ang pangako eh 90-180 days pa daw bago nya maibalik ung pera ko. wlang kasiguraduhan ung email nya kc hnd nmn nya pirmado. please…advise me kung kelan kayo magkikita-kita pra makaharap ko rin kayo at makagawa tyo ng plano kung paano maibabalik ang pera natin.

    According to the Auth/Mayors office in Bulacan (contacted Ms. Mayette at 044-791-5943) , Pab Star is now classified as a ‘delinquent business’ (i.e. they are considered open in the system but their office is now closed). They have tried going to the office in Catman as well as the agents’ residence to follow up on business payments but they are nowhere to be found.

    Note: After contacting DOT Malolos (045-961-2612). I have confirmed that Pab Star is not accredited with DOT so DOT cannot ‘chase’ them for us. the next best legal action would be to go to the Malolos Police office and have the Agents on blotter. I will gladly help other victims who wish to file a complaint or take legal action.

We are suppose to travel on August 19-22, 2012 but reading all the comments here, I’m starting to doubt if the most anticipated trip to Disneyland particularly my daughter’s wish and eargerness to see Mickey & Minnie Mouse will become a reality (: I tried contacting Ms. Odette Ostonal – my agent but her cp is unattended and even emailed her but what I received only is an auto response – that all inquiries abt the trip should be coursed thru Ms. Lyn Petilo, Pabstar Tour & Reservations Manager, so i forwared by email to pabstar but I only received acknowledgement receipt and a message “Thank you! Best regards” with no answer on my query abt the status of our scheduled trip on above date”. I already received by TCV last Feb. 29 from Ms. Katrine and then asked me to email our scanned copies our our passports. All the while, I thought everything is in order until I tried searching reviews for pabstar clients who were done with their tour but alas, I stumbled into this site…I felt like crying not for myself but for my 3 children na super excited pa naman.. It’s our first trip to HK tapos mauunsiyame pa ata… Please include me on whatever steps you will do so we could refund our hard earned money. Thank you – Shirley

I talked to Jexter late this afternoon and he said that most of the staff were already resigned due to a threat by some client. We need to get our refund as soon as possible whatever the reason maybe. Days have been passed and it seems that nothing is happening. Anyone who can answer our queries?

    • Pabstar client, I read all your all positive comments about pabstar. I can’t help but wonder if you have been a real client of pabstar. If my intuition serves me right, I suspect you are one of the agents, staff or you are Ms. Arlie Rosalin, herself. When I stumbled on this blog last July 02, 2012, I tried contacting their office, my agent Bern Ostonal, all the contact nos. appearing in their website & even send emails but to no avail. What I got is only auto response from my agent & acknowledgement from pabstar on my email without any clarificatory statement to appease us, their clients. “O promise me (OPM)” statement is not enough. How can we relax? Our scheduled flight for HK will be on Aug. 19-22, 2012, but I doubt it will happen considering those earlier scheduled flights that did not materialized since March 2012. My payment was made 6 months ago – Dec. 2011. If they have no intention to deceive other clients, they should stopped advertising their tour package as early as Feb. 2012 in other website like sulit.com. It can be assumed that pabstar used their collections for year 2012 to pay their previous obligations to older clients whom they were not able to deliver the tour packages as promised until such time their collection cannot anymore meet the demands for refund of new clients who availed from Metro Deal like myself. Worst thing the funds/collections were diverted to other endeavors instead of paying their counterparts like in HK as they received our payments to them. Kaya nga early bird promo it is understood that they will pay their counterparties immediately or they pay in advance to avail of discounts. Legal action is appropriate to compel Pabstar to return our money intact immediately. It is not libelous pabstar client since we are stating facts here not mere hearsays

  108. This problem would have not arises had not Metrodeall posted PabStar’s offer. As a matter of fact, as far as we know we all paid directly to Metro deal’s account and they too are the ones who confirmed our payments and issued the vouchers. And now they are still on airing offering different services. METRODEAL SHOULD BE PENALIZED! They are even more guilty for introducing an unreliable travel agency.

    • Correct, Metro Deal should be included as one of the culprits. Had they been more careful in evaluating their clients / counterparties especially for those who offer tour packages since these are expensive ones, we will not be in this predicament right now. Haiizz!!! Hard earned money went down to the drain… if not refunded. It’s disheartening really much more to my kids!!! 🙁

I already filed a complaint against the said Travel Agency. DTI Malolos informed me that they are already instructed to visit the area and confirm the travel agency’s operations.   133. I just read about this post and was completely devastated. We also paid for HK package for August 16-19 since December in time for my son’s 7th birthday. My husband is working in Australia and even file a short vacation just to be with us in this tour (imagine the costs that he incurred in doing that) and now this.This is making me really crazy, please include me in any legal actions that will be filed against them. The 40K that we paid for the tour is hard earned money.

Also yung issue between China and PH actually makes the rates go down as they want to get more tourist. Stop blamming others and start paying back the hard earn money of your clients. One of my partner agency has been victimized by your agency.

    • I just called CIDG Malolos a while ago (044-6625714) asking if those who were not able to make it today like myself can still be added and be able file complaints on Friday and the officer who answered the phone said “yes”. To make sure, I called Lyn (finesse50) who is there right now to ask the officer handling complaints of Pab Star clients if we could still be accommodated on Friday and he replied “yes”… So I’m encouraging my fellow Pab Star victims who were not able to make in today’s appointment to go directly to CIDG-Malolos on Friday at 8:00 am. As CIDG emphasized – Personal appearance is a MUST and SIGNATURE is important.

Or take the initiative to send it via courier (LBC or JRS) after you signed any documents that the CIDG in your place required you to sign.

      I’m from Dasmariñas Cavite, it is also far but no as far from those in Northern Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao, in case there are victims too in those places.

  144. Payo para sa lahat na bumili ng vouchers using their CC’s. Call your bank, BDO, MEtrobank, HSBC, Citibank. Kaya nilang i-refund sa inyo yan. It happened to me, nag-file ako ng dispute letter and I got refunded. Ingat sa My Travel Agency na pagaari ni Mylene Diamat, sa kanya rin ang Explore Worldd pati and Tourister’s Travel and Tours. Na-scam sya ni Pab Star, malaking pera nawala dyan kaya rocky ang negosyo nila. At higit sa lahat, pinatataguan nya rin mga clients nya.

I was still able to get in touch with Ms. Arlie thru SMS exchanges noong mga first week ng July about the situation and paano marerefund since we’re supposed to travel last June 13-16. Pero ngayon, I couldn’t contact her anymore.We don’t know now how to get our money back. We’re fully paid pa last Dec 2011. Then suddenly the hard earned money we paid was gone just like that. Like in my case , gift ko yan sa 7th bday ng daughter ko and she is really really excited on that trip. She will definitely devastated once she know na ndi matutuloy ang pagpunta namin sa Disneyland. And if you cannot provide us a trip sana maisoli mo ng buo pera ko dahil we work hard for it. Sana ndi lang yun mga nagbayad thru credit card and metrodeal. ang mabigyan mo ng refund.   192. We have same supplier with this agency.. But we do not have same problem… To enlighten people here… No philchina crisis.. Clients travel hong kong as it is.. It just hurt us, that the whole industry was affected by one travel agency acts.. People would ask sure ba tours namin.. And all the mistrust..
    In my opinion, they should not post the hong kong express promo so advance.. Ganito po kasi yan Dec last year inooffer na nila un for nov 2013… Wla pa naman rates un package nun even sa supplier sa hong kong mismo.. Meaning hula lang ang nila na magtutuloy tuloy un promo package na yun even ang updated lang is 1month advance promo.. So now nun nagclose operation un airline at di nagrenew contract nun partnership nun supplier naipit sila… So beware of travel deals that is so advance, normally hotels have rates to 3months advance but not 6months and up…
    But to the refund if money was forwarded to them i dont know why di pa binabalik..

Ours was refunded last week and we filed the complaint right after na nag air sa XXX abs cbn program ang kaso with Pabstar.     Last week lang nakausap ko yung isa sa victim ng Pabstar, informing me about metrodeal refund. Perry is correct, Ms Gelene of pabstar is trying to call us all victims..Please try to call her to assist you too with the refund, mine was progressed last week..

    Call this number 02-8231955 betweem 3pm to 10pm and look for Ms Gelene.
    She is very accomodating.,.. Hindi ko pa narerefund yung sa akin but atleast nagtry ako and now f/up her from time to time..

    I hope we can get our money back before December.

  222. Nakakalungkot at nakakahiya po talaga ang ginawa ng kasama namin sa Travel Industry na PABSTAR at si Arlie Rosalin. Kami din po biniktima niya, halos Php 200,000.00 na po ang aming inabono makaalis lang po ang mga clients namin na supposedly paalisin ng PABSTAR for DISNEY SHENZHEN TOUR simula sana ng June 2012 up to January 2013 bookings namin sa kanila. Ang mas nakakalungkot po ay makitang napakarami po pala ang biktima ng PABSTAR na gumuho ang pangarap na makarating lang sana sa Hongkong.

    Ako din personally, dumanas din ng masasakit na salita sa mga clients ko dahil sa problemang binigay sa akin ng PABSTAR. Pero tiniis ko lang at hinarap ang mga paratang, pinilit ko din na matuloy talaga sila..with the help of my Local & HK Operators at personal funds ng family ko, na i-booked ko lahat ang clients ko just to save our Agency’s Name. Naniniwala kase ako na kapag malinis ang intensyon mo hindi maglalaon at makakabangon din kami sa financial crisis na ito. At I’m proud to say na kinaya nga po namin, recently lang na-ibook ko na ang last client namin for Hongkong na aalis sa Jan 8-11, 2013.

    Nagkatikim nga po ako ng masasakit na salita sa mga clients ko before, pero I believed napawi ang lahat ng iyun pagbalik nila galing HOngkong. Humingi pa sila ng pasensya sa salitang binitiwan nila sa amin at sa akin personally…para sa akin ay sapat na po iyun..sabi ko lang sa kanila ang hiling ko lang sana muli silang magtiwala sa CMA TRAVEL at positive naman ang mga clients ko na for sure sa amin sila babalik… Sabi pa ng isang consistent client ko na thought thick and thin daw hindi kami nagpabaya kaya siguradong babalik sila…sa CMA TRAVEL AND TOURS.

    Sana Arlin, mabasa mo ito…ilan beses na kitang tinawagan, at pilit na makausap para maauyos mo ang gusot na ito pero, puro iwas ka. Walang mangyayari kung magtatago ka..sana harapin mo ang problema gaya ng ginawa namin…nagtiis lang kami at eto awa ng DIYOS nakabangon… Na-aawa ako sa mga anak mo at sa pamilya mo..nadadamay sa ginawa mo. Kung haharapin mo lang problema, pasasaan ba at magiging maayos din ang lahat…hindi ka naman makakatakas e..alam lahat ng diyos ang kasalanan mo..babalik syo lahat yan..maniwala ka!!! Kawawa ang mga anak mo ARLIE, maliliit pa sila sana harapin mo na kami at subukan mo din ayusin at ibangon ulit ang dangal mo.

I just hope that you also give attention to those who tramsact with pabstar directly. 2013 is approaching and yet we dont have any idea if we can still get our money back. I just hope that you reply and give us updates on the status of our refunds. Please.

      @direct client, until now wala pa rin po kaming nakukuhang refund. 6 groups kami, 23 persons, almost 280k total amount.

Please magreply naman kayo para maliwanagan naman lahat kami kung ano na ang ginagawa nyong proseso sa refund. Mga direct clients po kami, wala kaming masamang hangad sa inyo, ang gusto lang po namin ay peace of mind at ang perang pinagpaguran namin.

      For all who bought through metro deal, they will give you refund just contact them.

      Hope for those who purchase directly from PAB STar will also get their monies back.

      Lesson learned, double check with travel agencies you are transacting before you entrust your hard earned money.

  240. Any update? Alam kong walang narefund satin lahat except sa mga nakakuha sa metrodeal. Ano po pangalan ng travel agency ni ann bulaoro? Malaki rin nakuha niya sakin. At alam ko san mahahanap ngyn si anne galman.
